Resocode wants you to enroll with confidence. All paid programs come with a 7-day money-back guarantee. If Resocode isn't the right fit, you get a full refund — no questions asked.

1. Free Preview

  • Every program includes 2 free modules you can access before paying.
  • No payment information is required for free preview access.
  • We encourage you to try the free modules before enrolling to make sure Resocode is right for you.

2. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

  • After enrolling in any paid plan (Self-Paced, Mentored, or Pro Bundle), you have 7 days to request a full refund.
  • No questions asked. No justification needed.
  • Simply email us within 7 days of your payment and we'll process the refund.
  • Refund is issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

3. After 7 Days

After the 7-day window, enrollment fees are non-refundable. You retain lifetime access to the enrolled program content.

Exceptions

We may still issue a refund or credit in these cases:

  • Platform downtime: If the platform is inaccessible for more than 72 consecutive hours, we will issue a prorated credit or refund for the affected period.
  • Duplicate charges: If you were charged twice for the same enrollment, the duplicate charge will be refunded immediately.

4. What is NOT Refundable

  • Enrollment fees after the 7-day window has passed.
  • Pro Bundle purchases after 7 days (you retain all program access).
  • Mentored plan upgrade fees after mentor sessions have been scheduled.

5. Upgrades

If you upgrade from Self-Paced to Mentored, you pay only the difference. The 7-day guarantee applies from the date of the original enrollment, not the upgrade date.

6. How to Request a Refund

  1. Email us at info.grozaco@gmail.com with the subject "Refund Request".
  2. Include your name and the email you used to enroll.
  3. We will confirm your refund within 2 business days.
  4. The refund is processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
