Welcome to Resocode. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Resocode platform, including our training programs, certificate system, and all related learning services. By creating an account or using any part of the platform, you agree to these terms.

1. About the Platform

Resocode is an online training platform that helps aspiring developers learn by building real projects. The platform provides:

  • Structured, project-based training programs
  • Week-by-week curriculum with real projects
  • Code reviews from mentors and peers
  • Verified certificates backed by deployed projects
  • Community access (Discord, study groups)
  • Career resources and interview preparation
  • Learning progress tracking

2. Account Registration

To use Resocode, you must create an account. When registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about yourself.
  • Keep your login credentials secure and confidential.
  • Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Resocode. Users under 18 must have parental consent.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use Resocode only for lawful purposes. You must not:

  • Submit plagiarized code or projects that are not your own work.
  • Upload content that is harmful, offensive, defamatory, or infringes on intellectual property rights.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure.
  • Use the platform to send spam, phishing emails, or unsolicited marketing messages.
  • Impersonate another person or student.
  • Share your account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Resocode operates on a subscription model. Details about plans, pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation are covered in our Subscription Policy. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees for your chosen plan.

5. Your Data & Content

  • You retain ownership of all projects, code, and content you upload to the platform.
  • By using Resocode, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the service.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any content you upload (logos, images, descriptions).
  • We do not sell your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep Resocode available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The platform may experience downtime due to:

  • Scheduled maintenance (we will notify you in advance when possible).
  • Unexpected technical issues or infrastructure failures.
  • Third-party service outages (hosting providers, payment gateways, etc.).

We are not liable for any loss of progress or data due to service interruptions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Resocode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

  • Loss of learning progress or course data.
  • Loss of data or unauthorized access to your account.
  • Service interruptions or performance issues.
  • Actions taken by third parties using your certificate.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to Resocode in the 3 months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

  • By you: You can cancel your subscription and close your account at any time from your dashboard. Your service continues until the end of the current billing cycle.
  • By us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, fail to pay, or use the platform for prohibited purposes. We will attempt to notify you before termination when possible.

After account closure, your data will be retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate. After that, it will be permanently deleted.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gurugram, Haryana, India.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or through the platform dashboard. Continued use of Resocode after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
